WallStand terms of use

The rules for using WallStand — the website at wallstand.rajputx.com and the WallStand app for Android and iOS — and for uploading to it.

By using WallStand you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who owns the content

WallStand is a platform. We do not own the wallpapers or ringtones on it. Each one is uploaded by its creator, and the creator — or whoever they got permission from — owns the rights to it.

The name shown under a wallpaper or ringtone is the creator who shared it. We review uploads before they appear, but we cannot check who holds the rights to every one. If you believe something here is yours, see copyright complaints below.

Using wallpapers and ringtones

Wallpapers and ringtones are free to download and use on your own devices — your phone, your tablet, your computer. That is what they are for.

You may not:

• sell, license or redistribute them, on their own or in a collection;
• publish them in another app, website, wallpaper pack or ringtone pack, whether or not you charge for it;
• copy the catalogue in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, scripts, scrapers or crawlers;
• claim a wallpaper or ringtone as your own work.

Downloading gives you permission to use it on your own devices. It does not transfer ownership. Every wallpaper and ringtone stays the property of its creator or the rights holder.

Uploading as a creator

If you upload a wallpaper or ringtone, you are telling us that you made it, or that you hold the rights to it — and that publishing it infringes nobody's copyright, trademark or likeness. You are responsible for what you upload. If it turns out not to be yours to share, the responsibility is yours, not WallStand's.

You keep ownership of your work. You give us permission to show it on the website and in the WallStand app, to let people download it for personal use, and to resize, re-compress or trim it so it works properly. You can ask us to take anything of yours down at any time.

We will not publish uploads that are:

• somebody else's work, including images taken from other sites and songs or clips you do not have the rights to;
• sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience;
• photographs of identifiable people used without their agreement;
• logos, brands or characters you do not have the right to use;
• low quality, or not really a wallpaper or ringtone.

We review and approve every upload before it appears. We may refuse one, remove one later, or stop an account from uploading — usually with a reason, always at our discretion. Accounts that repeatedly upload other people's work are closed.

Advertising

WallStand is free because it carries advertising. On the website, downloads are preceded by a short wait with an advertisement. In the app, ads appear between wallpapers and after some downloads, and some items can be unlocked by watching a short ad. Interfering with the advertising — blocking, spoofing or automating clicks on it — is not permitted.

WallStand Pro

WallStand Pro is an optional purchase in the app that removes ads. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

• Payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store, from the account you buy with.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions, or from Settings → Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own refund policies.
• If you change phones, use Restore purchase on the Pro screen in the app, signed in to the same store account.

If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.

Availability

WallStand is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that any particular wallpaper or ringtone will stay up, or that it will be free of errors. We may change or stop features at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on WallStand infringes your copyright, use Report on its page in the app or on the website, or write to us with a link to the wallpaper or ringtone and evidence of your ownership. We remove infringing material promptly.

Privacy

What WallStand collects and why is set out in the WallStand privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use WallStand after a change means you accept the new version.
